Job description:
1.负责公司波段企划、产品的设计；
be responsible for collection design,and product design.
2.与制版师的紧密沟通工作及样衣工的沟通、跟进；
working close with pattern maker and communicate with sample production.
3.负责设计控制的执行和维护，不断改进设计水平，以达到公司日益发展的要求；
be responsible for execution and maintain the collection design management,keep improve the design skills,in order to reach the growing demands of brand.
4.色调搭配、布局合理性，图片整理；
be able to do color range ,layout, arrange for pictures.
5.熟悉面辅料的结构和特性，与面、辅料商紧密沟通；
be familiar with structure and characteristic of fabric and accessories.
close communicate with fabric and accessory suppliers.
6.与店铺沟通服装搭配及销售情况；
close communicate with stores ,to check mix,match and sales.
7.负责整理归档每一资料，从企划阶段到出款阶段；
be responsible for arrange and archive each information,from planning to sample production.
8.定期了解市场与品牌店铺实践。
understand current market and stores practice.
9.对款式设计和工艺制作能给出合理化建议
be able to give reasonable suggestions on style design and production technics.
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历，服装设计专业，有海外留学背景优先；
bachelor degree and above,major in fashion design,oversea education background is in precedence.
2.品牌设计男装类似职位2-3年以上工作经验；
2-3 years of experience in the similar position as a brand's men's wear designer.
3.熟练操作服装设计软件：AI、PS；擅长电脑绘图及手绘，能完成完整清晰的款式图绘制；
be skillful at fashion design software such as illustrator,Photoshop.Good at computer drawing or hand drawing, being able to finish a complete and clear technic drawing
4.认真负责，思维开放有创意，工作态度好，积极向上，对不同的文化有一定了解;
responsible, open mind, creative, good attitude, positive, knowledge of different culture.
5.对于英语有一定基础的要求，四级及以上水平；
basic English is a must,college English band 4,level CET-4 and above.
6.对于国际趋势，品牌和风格有较强的了解；
good knowledge of international trend,brand and style.
7.能较好地理解传达信息和上级的要求。
be able to anticipate and interpret information.

●工作地点：江苏省昆山花桥国际商务城晨风路2号（近11号线安亭站、兆丰站）。
●公司班车：上海市区有班车（班车点：中山公园8:00；上海体育馆7:30），长期住宿需求者可申请职工宿舍。
