职位描述：
Position Summary:
will act as the primary client advisor and be responsible for new client launches - on-ramp and adoption. This role is an analyst role where you will work with other departments and the client to identify operational and business goals. Thereafter, you will design and execute a project plan to achieve client’s goals. Additionally, you will offer solutions and advices to clients according to their needs which will ensure greater utilization and adoption of our software.

Responsibilities:
·Daily customer engagement – project management and change management via phone and onsite
·Project management:
1. Defining the project scope and timeline to meet client’s business needs
2. Defining client resources required to ensure success completion of the project
3. Client re-organization proposal to maximize the business values in adopting our software
4. Designing proposed workflow changes to enable efficiency and effectiveness of the new organization structure
5. Data import and data hygiene recommendations to protect client’s listings integrity during and after data is migrated into our software
6. Customized software training specific to customer needs to ensure the necessary features, functionalities and system concepts are thoroughly learnt and understood by the software users
7. Assist customers with configuration and troubleshooting during their implementation
8. Tracking of customer adoption / activity during the launch phase to gauge the level of success and risk of the project
·Work and support the sales department to propose project plans to achieve client’s business objectives to help secure new business
·Coordinate with account management to design long-term strategies for customer retention and growth
·As a teacher and expert of our software, take responsibility to share case studies and knowledge to the team in the region.
·Attend the workshop organized by the company, and offer our software knowledge support or presentations.
·Business trip: 25% — mainly offer training and support to clients

Requirements:
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be regarded as a self-starter
·Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in the software/ ecommerce industry
·Experience in project management and business analysis
·Expertise in minimum of 2 ecommerce marketplaces (eBay or Amazon or AliExpress or Wish) or paid search SEM (Google Adwords, Google Shopping) a strong plus
·Expertise in software training a strong plus
·Expertise in applications or SaaS software a strong plus
·Strong Excel or flat file experience
·Basic knowledge of HTML is a nice-to-have
·Strong oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
·Good listening, speaking, reading and writing ability of English, and assist American Product Team with product enhancements.
·Language: Chinese / English Fluency
·BS or BA degree required
