职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Define and implement a factory based Manufacturing Excellence improvement programme that drives cost efficiency while meeting product quality standards required to drive growth and the core quality assurance process
? Set up, train, develop and lead a global Manufacturing Excellence Team to implement an ME programme for product cost mitigation.
? Develop an ME Team, able to implement efficiency improvement projects with factories through training of internal factory ME Teams to ensure ongoing continuous improvement of efficiency, driving a sustainable “excellent” factory base through product cost mitigation and improve product quality, process execution, and factory base capability and capacity.
? Lead the Manufacturing Excellence programme to achieve consistent production based improvements, identifying best-in-class production sites to concentrate business on.
? Review the manufacturing matrix globally to ensure vendor/factory capability meets required needs
? Identify challenging Vendor/factories and analyze the situation to help Sourcing Teams make decisions on factory allocation of product
? Develop a costing support mechanism for labor efficiency based on standard minute values, and country wages
? Support the implementation of global QA standard operating procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, data accuracy across regions and global alignment, that resolves production quality issues early in the product life cycle
? Support the development of empowerment of Supplier factories for creating sustainable cost efficiency improvements and product quality and standard ME implementation process for consistent way of working across all regions
? Review the ME factory list and visit ME factories on a regular basis to ensure commitment and forward movement of the programme
? Provide guidance and education to the Carter’s teams on Manufacturing Excellence in support of the sourcing strategy
? Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed

Requirements :
? Bachelor’s degree with a focus in apparel, textile engineering, or other industry-related field.
? 10+ years of relevant experience executing large scale process improvement, quality management, systems implementation and managing multi-country teams.
? Experience of working in a similar role in Quality/Production/Management in a manufacturing environment
? Demonstrated success in formulating and driving supply chain initiatives across organizations and countries and managing multi-national teams and business partnerships both internally and externally
? LEAN and/or SIX SIGMA Certification and experience
? Excellent communication, project management skills
? Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage
