职位描述：
主要职责

1. 负责公司行政管理工作，改善和维护舒适整洁的工作环境；
2. 执行公司行政规章制度，管理日常员工出勤和日常报告；
3. 采购办公用品，管理采购渠道及控制成本；
4. 负责员工差旅的预定及相关管理；
5. 负责员工的名片印制及其他的日常行政支持；
6. 协助公司的团建及相关活动；
7. 协助管理行政部的员工；
8. 完成其他临时性的行政任务，包括但不限于新员工座位安排、员工证件办理等。

任职要求
1. 本科学历，行政管理相关专业优先；
2. 熟悉行政工作流程，有2年或以上工作经验者优先；
3. 较好的口头和书面沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练使用Office软件；
5. 良好的工作态度及积极主动性，具有较强的责任感，稳定性强。

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.

We seek to explore the relationship between people and the simple objects they use in life - a plate, a teacup, a chair; it is here where we discover the beauty of everyday life.
Design Republic is also a republic of style - style that creates new ideologies in design, retail, and merchandising concepts embodying a distinctive aesthetic for contemporary China.
