职位描述：
New Proposal Generation
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop customized proposal per Request for Proposal (RFP) for client while working closely with BD and technical experts.
Work with technical experts and business teams to finalize scope of work, and to ensure consistency and high quality in proposal generation.
Function as liaison between BD and internal technical team, and provide right-on-target connection between client’s needs and internal expertise.
Ensure the proposal review/sign-off procedure follow company’s policies and SOPs.
Develop and maintain proposal templates, scope checklist, and tracking sheet to build proposal center of excellence
Establish, update and enforce standard procedure of proposal generation for continuous process optimization

JOB REQUIREMENT：

3-5 years of pharmaceutical development experience with degree in life science and willing to explore opportunity in business management
Detail oriented, logic thinking, multi-tasking, and good sense of balancing technical and business need.
Good people skill to ensure high work quality within tight timeline.
Good English skills: written required, oral preferred


报价/合同
岗位职责：

理解客户的需求（RFP），根据模板起草药明生物报价书/合同，与BD、内部技术团队紧密合作确保合同的准确性
与技术专家和BD一起确定服务范围，确保报价书/合同的质量与一致性
支持BD商务谈判，把客户问题/需求与内部技术团队能力准确对接，提高运营效率
确保报价书/合同审批符合公司相关政策、SOP
起草和维护报价书/合同模板，建立核心能力库
起草、更新、监督执行报价相关流程，持续进行流程优化

岗位要求：

3-5年药物开发经验，生命科学相关专业学位，对管理、商务有兴趣
把握细节同时有较好的逻辑性和总体观念，能较好平衡技术与商务的需求。
较强的沟通能力、优先化和计划管理能力, 以专业态度同各级同事进行讨论
英文说写熟练，有较高的英文阅读、写作能力
