Job Responsibilities :
工作职责

Major actor of the New Product Introduction team, the Electronic Product Engineer focuses on the development of all electronics spare parts included in the product (Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and other related components)
职位隶属于新产品导入部门，职位是软硬件电子产品工程师，工作内容是所有产品内部的电子元器件如（印刷电路板组装(PCBA)和其他相关部件）。

He is also in charge of developing all means and instructions for the mass production process related to electronic spare parts integration (PCBA programing, electronic functional test for the finished product).
这个职位也负责量产阶段的电子零部件组装组装调试工作（PCBA 的程序工作，成品的功能测试工作等）

Hardware :
硬件工作：

- Analyze customer specifications and communicate with supplier to make sure requirements have been taken into account
根据客户的规格要求，与供应商沟通确认是否按照此要求生产产品
- Conduct a feasibility review with our EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partners on PCBA Gerber, PCB specification
定期与公司的电子产品供应商就产品的Gerber ,PCB 的规格进行沟通确认
- Lead PCBA trial run at EMS factory, inspect PCBA and deliver a report
主导PCBA 在电子供应商工厂的试样工作，检查PCBA 的生产工作并给出相应的工作报告
- Analyze samples, write action plan and follow it until their validation
样品分析，制定产品计划行动方案，并跟进产品，直到合格样品的完成
- Develop with supplier the Electronic Functional test bench, write its procedure
制定电子供应商产品的测试标准，制定测试程序
- Attend finished product assembly trial run to verify finished product conformity and process efficiency
负责试样产品的装配测试，确保产品的性能测试与要求一直
- Work with Quality Department and technicians to implement PCBA rework guideline
与质量和技术部门一起制定PCBA 产品的返工工作指南
- Support other departments for any related electronic topics
就电子产品方面给与其他部门相应的支持工作

Test bench :
测试标准


- Write statement of requirement for the test bench
  依据要求制定测试标准
- Follow-up the realization of the test bench at supplier site
跟进测试标准的在工厂以及供应商工厂的应用工作
- Validate the test bench based on engineering samples with adequate pass rate
  根据产品样品的合格率而制定核准产品的测试标准
- Document test bench calibration, maintenance and operation guidelines for mass production
   就测试标准检验文件标准，为量产的产品维护和更新工作指南

Profile :
要求

- Master in Electronics Engineering mandatory
电子工程硕士学历
- Experience in applications development (VB, VB.net, VBA, C, C++, PHP, MySQL)
- 具有在产品应用方面工作经验 (VB, VB.net, VBA, C, C++, PHP, MySQL)
2 years’ experience mandatory (visa) in a similar position
2年类似职位工作经验
- Written and spoken English, Chinese is strongly appreciated
良好的英语口语及书写能力，具有中文能力尤佳
- Accrued proactivity, organization, team-spirit skills & customer oriented
积极主动、良好的组织能力、团队精神以及以客户为导向的强烈意识
