2、对潜在学员教授示范课程
3、需要和中心内的不同部门紧密合作，为现有学员和潜在学员带来优秀的服务
4、为学员的学习进度提供反馈
5、高效和优质地完成文职工作
6、积极参加任何评测和反馈活动，区域性或中心内的培训活动，职业生涯发展会谈和其他会议。
7、不定期组织活动和派对来提升现有学员和潜在学员的满意度

任职资格：
必要条件：
1、  本科学士学位
2、中国身份证持有者
3、5年以上英语教学经验
4、持有教师资格证

必要技能：
1、英语写作及口语流利
2、熟练应用微软办公软件
3、优秀的沟通技巧，有效地进行不同文化之间的交流
4、良好的人际交往能力和服务意识
5、具备创新意识和创新精神，有能力创作教学资料
具备以下资历者尤佳：
1、TEFL 类证书，例如CELTA，CertTESOL，TEFL等
2、英语或应用语言学等相关专业硕士学位

Responsibilities:
1、Provide students with high quality lessons that integrate LIA teaching methodology
2、Deliver demo classes to prospective students
3、Work cross departmentally to offer students and prospective students outstanding service in and out of the classroom
4、Provide feedback to students on productivity and progress
5、Complete all required administration to a high standard and in a timely manner
6、Actively participate in any required observation and feedback sessions, training, development meetings and informational meetings
7、Organize and lead referral classes and center parties to satisfy both existing students and potential students
8、Work at weekends
 
Requirements：
Essential qualification：
1、  Bachelor degree
2、  China ID card holder
3、 National Teacher Certificate Examination Certificate holder
4、5 years+ English Language teaching experience

Essential skills：
1、Fluent in written and oral English
2、Computer literate in Microsoft Office
3、Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively across cultures
4、Interpersonal skills and a service mindset
5、Creativity and the ability to craft class material
 
Desirable qualifications/experience：
1、TEFL certificate, ex. CELTA, CertTESOL, TEFL, etc.
2、Masters in Applied Linguistics or English
3、English Language teaching experience
