职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
1.Supplier sourcing and supplier capacity analyzing according to projects such as vehicles(bus,motorbike,bike,forklift,etc),flat container building,furniture,electrical items,building materials,machines,tools,etc.
2.Leading negotiation of contract/price with supplier.
3.Understand the cost structure,basic technical knowledge,and risk level of the responsible commodity.Familiar with cost break down.
4.Establish and maintain Vendor Information Database.Update information on pipeline.
5.Facilitate and drive supplier continuous improvement according to Source supplier's standard and culture.
6.Monitoring market price.
7.Place order to suppliers and follow up orders for payment,do goods inspection and ensure on-time delivery.
8.Maintain relationship with suppliers.
9.Have some experience or knowledge on exporting business.
10.Handle special project as directed by manager.

Requirements:
1.College or University degree in Mechanical/industrial engineering or similar.
2.At least 5 years related working experiences in multinational company.
3.Have sourcing experience of bus,motorbike,bike,flat container building,furniture,electrical items,building materials,machines,tools,etc is preferable.
4.Have good Knowledge of local parts technical spec and know how of production process is preferable.
5.Good communication skill and execution.
6.Self-discipline,self-motivation,can work under pressure.
7.Demonstrate problems solving capability.
8.Fluent in both Mandarin and English,both written and spoken.
9.Good computer skills are mandatory. 
10.Willing to travel frequently.
