职位描述：
1、协助经理处理文书、文案工作；
2、协助经理做好日常来访接待、来函等事宜；
3、协助经理做好与其他部门的沟通联系工作；
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、公关、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业专科以上学历；
2、年龄33周岁以上；
3、三年以上金融行业工作经验，有本领域工作经验者优先；
4、知识结构较全面，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
5、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及人际交往能力；
6、具有很强的文字处理能力，有一定判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
7、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正、吃苦耐劳；
8、熟练使用办公软件；
9、工作干练及抗压能力较强；
10.25岁左右
