Triumph Asia ( www.triumphasia.com.cn ) is looking for an ART EXHIBITION MANAGER, with relevant and previous experience in Art industry and event management field.

The Primary responsibilities of the role include:

• Projects Management
• Art exhibition management
• Chinese Museum communication and liaison
• Client Brief Management: reports and communication
• Internal and External communication related to the projects
• New projects proposal: concept and presentation
• Vendors coordination
• Budget Management
• Schedule Management
• Planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before during and after the execution of an art exhibition and/or an event
• HR Management of project assistants and internships
• Client Relationship Management / Client liaison
• Others

Requirements for this position:

• Native Chinese
• University degree or above.
• 2-3 years’ of proven experience in the art industry, art exhibition and/or event/PR/exhibitions.
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Able to work independently under high pressure
• Excellent organizational skills
• A knack for problem-solving, fast thinker
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, English 6-level or above)
• Strong communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong understanding of clients’ requirements.
• Good user of Office Excel and Word\PPT
• Power Point, Graphic Design & Photoshop skills preferred.
