Major
Responsibilities:

• Receive Raw materials requirement from advance PCL supervisor;
• Analyze the raw materials requirement and work out the priority;
• Well communicate with suppliers;
• Daily communicate with suppliers to get confirmation of supply plan according to priority rank;
• Solve all raw materials shortage issues to ensure production smoothly running;
• Escalate high risk raw materials to supervisor for help if try all efforts;
• Monitor the whole process of raw materials from ordering, delivery, stock in, stock out, backflush;
• Handle all issues relates raw materials;
• Work with GSM team to release orders to suppliers;
• Work with PE/Core Engineering team to ensure raw materials master data to build in system right and timely;
• Push buyers to build SA in SAP system;
• Track ECR/ECN progress and ensure to smoothly implementation in production at PC aspects;
• Other jobs from the leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Sound knowledge of supply-chain, lean logistics, pull production, exports, etc.; SAP is a plus;
• Good English on both spoken and written is plus;
• Good analytical skills;
• Result oriented and quick follow-up;
• Basic knowledge in IATF16949.
