职位描述：
Position Overview:
Sales Representative _ Core RMB is the main contact window for RMB customers in China. The expectation of the position includes providing high level service to RMB customers with the goal of “delighting customers”, dealing with customer requests/issues by utilizing tools and system(s) provided as well as communicating and cooperating with other internal departments, completing tasks/assignments based on management arrangement.


Responsibilities:
- To respond to calls, online chats, mails or any other communicating request.
- To handle pre-sales requests from customers.
- To process Sales Orders in system and relevant database maintenance.
- To deal with after-sales issues.
- To provide with feedback/proposal to direct manager for continuous improvement.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:
- Sense of responsibility, commitment and teamwork.
- Good communicating skill in both writing and verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of electronic component distribution industry.
- Good business mail writing skills and be able to read and write mail in English
- Willing to learn
- Good PC skills
