职位描述：

Job Description:

• Leads generation from in- bound/outbound channel.

• Develop new channel to expand the database pool.

• Update and track data in Salesforce.

• Work with sales team and product marketing team to build a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including wechat posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, etc.).

• Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

• Trigger base management of SME clients; create a standard model and cooperation with other departments.

• Assist with the creation, editing and promotion of CITS GBT multimedia content, manage followers and convert to leads.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent level in Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.

• 1 years’ hands-on work experience in B2B Marketing. Fresh graduated is also considerable if the background is good.

• Tele-Marketing skill and techniques, including segmentation and propensity modeling.

• Have online/offline/ Digital marketing experience, with working knowledge of Database, Affiliate marketing

• Strong mental agility to quickly work with changes and maintain flexibility
