职位描述：
处理顾客日常投诉及合理性建议，在能力范围内及时解决问题。若存在实质性困难而难以解决某投诉或建议，则必须给予顾客满意的解释，并及时向服务经理反映。
2. 及时把顾客的资料输入电脑，进行有序的电脑管理。
3. 了解客户所需服务项目、服务时间及服务要求；向客户讲明收费情况
4. 妥善处理服务中出现的问题，委婉回答顾客提出的疑问和要求，协助各服务点员工处理好与顾客间的关系。
5. 定期做好顾客满意度调查，并汇总。
6. 按流程规定做好对客户提出的问题和需要做好回访以及问题解决情况的归档,对客户所提出的备品备件进行报价并跟踪发货情况。
7. 服务仓库出入库管理，并按规定进行盘点。

4. Properlyhandle the problems in the service center, euphemistically answer customerquestions and requests, to assist the service staff to deal with therelationship between the WashTec and the customer.
5. Regularlydo the job of customer satisfaction survey, and summary.
6. Make afeedback to the customer’s warranty and complaints. offer the spare partsquotation and follow the shipping situation.
7 Service warehouse out of storage management, andaccording to the provisions of inventory.
