Key responsibility/task
主要的职责/任务

Under guidance of the inspector leader, ensures suppliers’ products meet quality standards after inspection.
在检验主管的指导下，确保检测后供应商的产品符合质量标准

On-site inspection 现场检测
- Prepare and complete the inspection templates 准备并完成检测模板
- Arrange the inspection of the delivered samples for oversea business or domestic business by visiting plants in Ningbo and other around area
对宁波及其周边地区的内外销业务在工厂进行现场检测。
- Input the test result and give suggestion if there are some deviations.
输入检测结果，若有缺陷，则提供建议。
- Provide test requirement and arrange samples delivery in case 3rd party test lab is involved.
如有涉及第三方实验室检测，须提供检测要求并安排样品寄送。

Others 其它
- Other assignment may needed by Inspector Leader.
完成其他检验主管布置的任务。

Qualification and experience 资质和经验
- At least 3 years work experience in quality inspection. 至少3年质量检测的工作经验
- Ningbo person or person who is long term stay in Ningbo. 宁波人或者长期居住在宁波的人。
- Experience in fastener is must, be familiar with DIN/ISO standard
必须有紧固件行业经验，熟知DIN/ISO标准
- Able to operate the main test machines, like hardness machines, X-ray, spectrometer, etc.
熟练操作主要的检测设备，如硬度机，X-ray测厚仪，光谱仪等。
- Familiar with the Quality management tools, like 8D.
熟悉质量管理工具，如8D报告。
- Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills。
良好的沟通和解决问题的技巧。
- Working in cooperative plants of RAP in Ningbo and other around area. （RAP hasn’t office in Ningbo.）
工作地点在磊亚在宁波及其周边地区的合作工厂。（磊亚在宁波无办公室）

Education 教育
? Colleague or above degree with major in engineering 机械 工程类大专 及 以上学历。
Language 语言
? Good at read in English. 良好的阅读英文能力
? Native is Chinese 普通话良好

Direct Report 直接汇报
? Quality Manager 质量经理

Additional Capability 其它 能力
? Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
? 计算机技巧，如MS Excel, Word, PPT Strong
? team work spirit and interpersonal skills. 团队合作精神和人际交流技巧
? Self motivation 做事积极主动
