Responsibilities:
1. Work with Finance and Supply Chain to make sure the finance process and SCM process in ERP working smoothly.
2. Responsible for the system integration with cross border e-commerce platform, 3PL, and Payment Gateway to continually improve the backend order fulfillment stability and efficiency.
3. Work with business departments to build/extend business intelligence capabilities to support business needs.
4. Lead and coordinate in-house and out sourcing resources to deliver the back bone related IT projects and system integration.
5. Track project activities and tasks execution, actively engage customers and frequently update project status, manage customer’s expectation.
6. Provides expertise to architect solutions that provide appropriate levels of performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
7. Manage the change request from collection, prioritize, design, build, test and deployment to make sure all system changes under quality control.
8. Setup/execute the automatically and manual monitor mechanism, prevent the security risks, data losing risk and system bug risk, to reduce the business impact.
9. Work with technical partners to quick response the risks and issues in production environment.
10. Setup the contingency plan to handle potential system crash risks and external attack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 5 years’ expertise experience on program/major product development in Financial system, ERP system.
- At least 3 years’ of delivering large scale and complex integration program.
- 5 years of multi-national company experience.
- Good understanding on direct selling business model is a plus.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them to architecture, design and test scenarios.
- Deep understanding and practice experience in SOA/ESB/ETL.
- Services/components using Web services/WCF/Web API, Entity Framework.
- Experience in Databases MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle.
- Experience using major web servers in IIS and Nginx.
- Deep understanding on system security control.
- Good communication and team working skill.
- Fluent oral and written English, fluent Mandarin and written Chinese
