Roles & Responsibility
? Define, Monitor and drive Quality improvement Plan (Quality+reliability)
? Collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice
? Take role of process quality control to identify process quality issue and reduce the risk;
? Drive process Kaizen for better performance (Process: Assembly & Commissioning);
? Support ME team to prepare SOP;
? Actively drive Lesson Learnt or OPL (One Point Lesson);
? Be responsible for initiate Poka-yoke to reduce manual quality issue;
? Support customer complaint shooting and prevention;
? Support Monthly Quality Meeting /Lean Manufacturing Activity
? Conduct process quality performance analysis and drive review with cross functional teams, on development of their corrective actions via process improvements or changes, design or tolerance changes
? Establish and implement Q-Plan, and review SOP to ensure proper inspection plan in place;
? Drive data collection for assembly lines/fixtures/tooling/machines, and identify and assure necessary corrective actions are taken;
Key Qualifications
Technical Qualifications
? Has deep knowledge on quality management system structure, quality procedures, and the application of typical quality tools in quality management practice
? Be familiar with Kaizen/Continuous Improvement and have rich experience to apply the knowledges in actual work.
? Be familiar with typical mechanical mfg. processes and technologies (i.e machining, stamping, assembly, etc.)
? Has strong data analysis ability, able to utilize data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data
? It is better to have Lean Manufacturing experience
Education
Education/Experience Requirements
? Bachelor or above, majored in Mech. Engineering
? 5+ years of experience in a quality role supporting manufacturing of mechanical products
? Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English.
? Clear communication and logical thinking
