职位描述：
要求 / Requirements
1. 三年以上制造现场相关工作经验；
Over 3 years in relevant industry;
2. 有较强的分析、管理和协调能力；
Strong ability of analysis, management and coordination;
3. 能熟练运用SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具；
Good at tools of quality management such as SPC, MSA, PFMEA,
4. 英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE。
Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE.

岗位职责 / Job Responsibility
1. 负责职责范围内新生产工艺的开发和改进；能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配式艺；
In charge of product technical development and improvement; To understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing;
2. 负责质量/环保体系中与生产制造相关文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等；
In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc;
3. 负责生产过程的质量控制；技术上支持量产生产线（有能力分析问题及提出改善的方法）；
In charge of quality control during production; Technical supporting in mass production (ability to analysis defect and improvement measures);
4. 协助追溯系统负责工程师进行生产线追溯记录的维护与归档；
Assist tracing system engineer to maintain and pigeonhole product line tracing record;
5. 负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理；
Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management;
6. 新生产线有质量风险时,组织团队分析问题解决问题；
Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line has quality issue;
7. 监控所有新项目设备制作的合理布点，确保生产线按时到位；
Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing, ensure the line to arrive on time;
8. 标准化工作职责，领导组内成员按时完成项目任务；
Standardize the work responsibility and leader the team member complete the tasks on time;
9. 完成部门制定的年度指标；
Achieve the PD target of Launch department;
10. 负责项目进度及工厂相关的成本管理；
Effective management of project schedule and cost related to plant, and reporting to management;
11. 推动持续改进工作；
Carry out the constantly improving work;
12. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜。
Finish other works assigned by leader;
