Pole To Win is looking for a Sales Director to work within our global sales team and expand our business in Asia. You will be a highly motivated, hands-on Sales Director, with a track record of introducing new clients and building successful sales teams. Excited by the sales environment, you will lead the sales effort through all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting, closing deals, to transition to the delivery teams. You will be motivated by both winning business and building teams, and have the ability to sell solutions to large enterprise and mid-size organisations.

    The role: As the player/coach for the sales team, you’ll be committed to making your customers, stakeholders and colleagues successful. An ambitious, results orientated, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Generating new business to meet and exceed our revenue and customer acquisition targets – both individually and as a team.
· Assist, mentor and motivate a team of field sales professionals located in PTW Korea, Singapore and Taiwan studios to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
· Pipeline management; maintaining a Gap Plan and tracking achievement against sales targets – both individually and for your team.
· Setting up and attending client meetings to deliver sales pitches and presentations.
· Representing Pole to Win at trade shows and other industry events as required.Supporting senior management and contributing as part of the sales team.
·Working closely with the Lead Generation team, to identify and pursue target prospects and prospective clients within Asia.Engaging with non-sales teams as appropriate, to develop and align on plans and priorities.
· Developing, mentoring and motivating a team of both inside and field sales professionals, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved.Driving the proposal generation dynamics and produce quotations in close collaboration with the Operations and Sales Support teams.
· Representing Pole to Win’s breadth of services and expertise in the marketplace and relative to our competition.
· Inputting all sales activity and pipeline detail on a regular basis into Salesforce CRM, and provide regular weekly feedback on sales performance.

Your skills and experience: In order to succeed and deliver in this role, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:
 
· Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential for this role.
· Knowledge of Japanese or Korean is desirable.
· Flexibility with working hours,we are a Global Team spread across Asia, Europe and US and we need to accommodate all time zones on some occasions.
· Significant experience managing and developing a new logo focused sales team across a portfolio of customers within Asia.
·A proven track record, as both an individual contributor and a manager, of delivering results, closing business and building high quality customer relationships within a fast paced target driven environment.
· Proven sales success – demonstrate achievement against quota
· Leadership of a sales team as a pro-active,influential and inspirational driver of sales activity.
· The ability to prospect and establish new client relationships and network within an organisation at all levels.
· The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team sales effort, and to successfully operate in a remote, flexible, global sales team environment, whilst being self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
· Experience of selling outsourced, solution based services.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you are able to demonstrate:
· Experience of selling service solutions to hi tech, interactive markets.
· Strong presentation,negotiation and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in RFP/RFI response management.
· A willingness to work within a multinational environment.
· Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
· Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
For the right person, we are offering a competitive salary plus a Commission Package with uncapped earning potential.
