职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1.负责生产设备及设施的维护
Supervise the maintenance of production machines and devices
2.协助经理确保本部门所有程序的建立执行都符合TS16949,ISO14001的要求
Assist to assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards(TS16949,ISO14001)are maintained and effectively used
3.妥善安排所辖人员，不断提高作业效率
Arrange the manpower, continuously improve the efficiency
4.合理使用各类资源，逐步降低作业成本
Take good usage of the resources ,continuously reduce the operations cost
5.不断地对人员进行优化组合，并给予技术支持
Set up and maintain a good team of technicians and give them technique support
6.每月对故障率进行分析并制定改善计划
Analysis machine downtime rate,Draw up a plan to improvement
7.编制和更新设备标准文件
Prepare and update sop of equipment file
Qualification：
1.熟悉AUTOCAD和OFFICE软件
Familiar use the software AutoCAD & MS Office;
2.熟悉机械原理，机械设计和制造工艺，能指导他人工作。
Know well theory & design of mechanism and technica of manufacture, then instruct worker.
3.三年以上设备维修保养工作经验，尤其是电气领域
Minimum 3 years equipment maintaining experience, especially in Electric field
4.懂PLC并能编程
Understand & program PLC
5.学历要求：电气自动化大专或以上
College degree or above in Electric Automatization
6.工作年限要求
Experience level:3-5yrs
7.良好的人际沟通及团队合作精神
Good personal communication skill and strong spirit of team work
8.能领导相关团队人员（机电工）
Able to lead related team member(Mechanic and Electrician)
