职位描述：

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责：

1. Technology research and solution development in application of Gas Detector electronic devices and its sub-assembly, ready for Engineering project;
   气体探测器及其电子装配件的技术和方案的研发，使其成为研发项目的技术方案；
2. System integration from supplier and market technologies and mature solution in product development or innovation as ISC application of Gas Detector or its sub-assemblies.
   供应商和市场技术和成熟方案的系统集成至英思科产品开发的应用技术；
3. Execute tasks in New Product Development, Enhancement and Sustaining project, and ensure result to meet project/task schedule, cost and deliverable quality requirements;
   研发和工程项目的执行，包括产品开发， 性能改进和产品支持项目，并确保其结果符合项目的时间表，成本和规定达到的质量要求；
4. Daily sustain in Engineering aspects to existed product line to support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer improvement to meet site/team objective in quality, delivery and cost;
   现有产品的日常工程维护，支持自供应链，生产到客户的产品性能改进，并达到中国区域/团队的质量，交货和成本目标；
5. ECN coordination to cross site/function team for product change management and ensure change will have no impact to quality and delivery or inventory;
   协调跨部门团队的产品更改和ECN 执行，确保更改不会影响质量，交货和库存；
6. Engineering deliverable technical document/Drawing and SPEAR process document creation and maintain in Windchill and other archived location, to ensure those available and completed;
   工程输出技术文件/图纸，和SPEAR 过程输出文件的创建和维护， 在WINDCHILL系统和其它规定的方式，并保证文件的齐全和可获得；
7. Engineering Verification and Validation’s plan and implementation to ensure the result are meet quality and design specification.
   工程项目的验证和确认，包括其策划和执行，并确保符合质量和设计的标准；

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Non-Negotiable): 要求

1. Bachelor degree in Electronic and Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Automation other Electrical related;
   大学本科学历， 电子电气、电气工程、自动化等专业
2. Minimum 3 years working experience of Design Engineering job in Electrical Assembly Product, Instrument, Electrical-Mechanical devices, Electronic Components in Industrial area;
   三年以上设计和研发工作经验，在电子组装件，仪器，电子机械器件，电子元器件等工业领域的工作经验；
3. Experience in development or integration electrical assembly/components as solution, include or worked with Li-on Battery, LCD, Audio and Video components, Power supply and charger, Connector;
   有开发或系统集成电子组装件/器件的的方案经验，包括锂电池， LCD， 音视频器件，电源模块和充电模块，连接器等；
4. Familiar to use Engineering software in daily work: Auto-CAD, Altium Designer, , Multisim.
   熟悉使用工程类软件，Auto-CAD, Altium Designer, , Multisim,等
5. Familiar with Measurement Instrument: DMM, Oscilloscope, PCB Development Board, Thermal/Humidity Chamber.
   熟悉测量仪器，万用表，示波器，PCB开发板， 温湿度箱等
6. Documentation capability in MS- office, Drawing, Presentation.
   文件编写熟练，包括MS-office, 图纸， PPT等
7. Good communication skill in both Oral and Written in Chinese ( Mandarin) and English.
   英语和普通话读写熟练

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (Negotiable):

1.Capability of Embedded software debug and coding, Visual Studio
有嵌入式软件编译和编程, Visual Studio使用经验者

2.Prefer to Gas Detection, Instrument working experience
在气体探测和仪器行业的工作经验

3. Project management skill
