工作职责:
Wish, a leading mobile e-commerce platform with a global audience, is looking for an Ad Operations and Support team member for our Advertising Platform team. You'll apply your expertise to help merchants and sellers reach new customers and increase sales of their products on Wish. Helping to define and build from scratch the advertising platform on Wish, you will empower 100,000+ sellers that ship over a million orders daily to maximize sales.


As a member of the Ad Operations and Support team, you will be responsible for the success of our merchants who use ProductBoost, our native ad platform. You will serve as a day to day service POC for merchants who have questions about ProductBoost. You will also be responsible for executing ProductBoost campaigns for some of our largest, most important sellers. You will be measured on your ability to drive merchant education, retention, and performance.


What You'll Do



Handle all incoming merchant inquiries about ProductBoost, Wish’s native advertising platform, primarily in English and Chinese
Facilitate and coordinate the execution of ProductBoost ad campaigns on Wish
Provide ongoing feedback to the product team about customer pain points, bugs, and other improvement areas
Proactively identify opportunities to make the support function more efficient while scaling to hundreds of thousands of merchants
Ideate new merchant education opportunities
Support the account management team to scale high touch support services on behalf of our most valuable customers
Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify pain points and propose future solutions to policy, user experience or other opportunities for improvement

任职资格:
Who You Are



Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university
Minimum 1 years experience at a top high tech/ internet company
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Prior experience providing customer support at scale via email and chat
Passion for operations and strategic management
Extremely comfortable in a highly technical environment. Able to balance the needs of the customer with technical implementation requirements.
Self driven and managed. Able to prioritize time and focus with minimal oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
