职位描述：
Job Objective

Executes all administrative actions necessary for the correct and accurate implementation of the manning plan and provides support to department’s members whenever required.

Key Accountabilities

Execution of the manning plan

1） Performs all the administrative tasks and provides the required support to the department for the efficient and well organised execution of selection process.
2） Support the preparation of all required documentation according to the requirements of contracts (including employment contracts for seafarers), SMC procedures and ship flag state standards, in order to enable the timely travelling of crew to and from vessels.

Vessels’ Personnel Management

3） Assists the proper and timely execution of embarkation and disembarkation of seafarers, preparing and providing all the required documentation according to the international legislation and local and/or ship flag ownership requirements.
4） Assists with all matters pertaining to the travel of seafarers and office staff visiting vessels. Prepares all necessary documentation for domestic and international flight arrangements for all relevant parts focusing on the provision of value-for-money services.
5） Supports the monitoring of seafarers’ contractual agreements execution

Effective operation of the Department

6） Updates Crew PAL and relevant databases.
7） Performs a wide range of general office duties, which may include translation in local language of documents, preparing the expense reports, maintaining adequate stock of office supplies, preparing purchasing orders, in order to support the smooth operation of the Department.
8） Co-ordinate with CSC / GSC and make sure all manning activities given to CSC / GSC are timely and correctly perform.

Education & Qualifications
College or above in Maritime relevant field

Work Experience
At least 1-2 years’ experience preferably in crew management in shipping industry

Job Specific Skills
1) Familiarity with the maritime operations
2) Very good communication skills
3) Team work and cooperation
4) Fluency in English
5) PC literacy
