职位描述：
Job description:
1. Be in touch with the international R&D department of the group in order to see the supplier’s needs (communication is key)
2. In charge of the QC on-site (national and international travel required).
3. Mostly focus on finding suppliers for products and providing details about each supplier’s capabilities, and obtain quotations for parts or final product, analyze which parts and vendors are best suited for a project.
4. Negotiate long-term contracts that set out prices, quality standards, cost-reduction targets, delivery timescales, and commercial terms and conditions.
5. Conduct general market research in various categories as well as research into potential suppliers
6. Manage all supplier relationships. Develop and nurture critical business relationships with suppliers and customers through proactive communication.
7. Works with team members and other departments
8. Build our hardware solution, not only for QC but for final clients (national and international travel required for this purpose).

Skills & experience:
1. Analytical Skills: evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
2. Decision-Making Skills: use the information gathered by yourself and the purchasing agents to make decisions on behalf of your company.
3. Math Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.
4. Negotiating Skills: Procurement managers will be working with suppliers to create the best deals.
5. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering and at least 2 years’ experience as a purchasing agent, buyer or procurement agent
6. Good English & Chinese: speaking, reading and writing
