职位描述：

1.负责日常出口货运安排;
To be responsible for daily shipping arrangements;
2.与货代沟通，协助完成订舱、送货等事宜；
Coordinating with freight forwarder,customs broker for shipment booking,declaring and transportation;

3.与工厂沟通确认出货时间，协助解决出货过程中的各类问题；
Coordinating with factory for shipping time, to help deal with possible problems ;
4. 联系供应商，协助完成订舱，送货，所有相关文件的核对工作；
Contact suppliers to assist in the booking, delivery, and checking of all relevant documents

5.及时将船务文件发给澳洲总部，装箱单，发票，提单等

Send shipping documents to Australia headquarters in time，Packing list, invoice, bill of lading, etc.

任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，英语CET-4以上，国际贸易或物流相关专业；
College degree or above;international trading or logistics or other relative area;
2.有一年以上外贸出口船务经验；
At least 1 year working experience on shipping ;
3.英语CET-4以上,英语口语及书写流利，能够较好地和外国客户交流；
CET-4 or above;fluent English in both speaking and writing, and with good communication skills with foreign clients;
4.工作细心负责，有团队精神；
Responsibility and carefulness; team spirit;
5.熟练使用Office办公软件；
