职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、需独立进行平面设计工作的整体构思、策划及方案实施；
2、把控自己的设计作品的质量和时间进度，满足项目进程；
3、同客户进行充分沟通，思考其背后的需求，并用设计解决问题；
4、负责内容涵盖平面视觉、产品包装、产品手册等各类设计及发包印刷文件制作；
5、与用户体验、产品研发、产品生产、产品营销的团队同事携手，深入项目的设计规划与执行。
岗位要求：
1，本科及以上学历，美术、设计等相关专业毕业；
2， 最少两年以上平面设计相关工作经验，并有个人独立完成作品；
3，熟练掌握PS、AI等基本设计软件，插画、视频能力更佳，对于商业和设计的平衡有自己的思考；
4，良好的审美能力，具有丰富的原创力，对于色彩，结构有较强的表现力；
5，工作积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神，能按时、高质量地完成工作任务；
