Therefore, the company is currently looking for a motivated & proactive Sales Account Specialist to follow-up the company’s key customers’ orders.

General
概况
Attached to the Sales Administration Manager, he/she is responsible of managing her/his own customer portfolio.

1. Act as main window contact of the key accounts in daily business operation and communication for all customer enquiries concerning orders, forecast & planning, L/T, delivery, molds or complaints with the support of internal resources (PM, Production, Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse, Quality Control, etc.)
2. Manage appropriately communication and requests from customers via phone, Skype, email, face to face in English or Mandarin
3. Deal with internal communication with Production, Purchasing, QC, Warehouse & Logistics departments in English and Chinese
4. Update of monthly forecast, sales planning, Open PO Qty, daily call-off; weekly review of customer forecast, delivery plan and TC production plan with production, purchasing depts. etc.
5. Order fulfilment & follow-up: placing order using internal system U8, (contract review for MTO order), delivery, and support AR for payment if necessary
6. Guarantee security stock control (for finished parts, checking with planner together with purchasing for semi-finished parts, in-process (IQC) part stock Qty, supplier stock)
7. In case of EOL project: dead stock reporting
8. Provide monthly summary reports including commission calculation, mold development order follow-up, service rate sum-up, forecast based on in-hands orders and customer knowledge.
9. Ensure a strong relationship with his/her clients
10. Monitoring of product profitability: keep updated the product profitability calculation file, raise issue to top management, communicate updated price offer to customer
11. Other activities as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

Education and work experience:
教育和工作经验：

2 years experiences in a similar position in Manufacturing Industries:
- with a working experience in ERP system, YongYou U8 is preferred;
- in an international company, a plus

High command of oral & written English / French language skills, a plus
High command of oral & written Chinese required
Excellent skills at using Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs
Experienced on confirmation + follow-up orders; management of production (stock levels, forecasts, etc.)
