职位描述：
? Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
? 解析数据，使用统计技术分析结果，提供持续的报告
? Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
? 开发和实施数据库、数据收集系统、数据分析和其他能够优化系统统计效率和质量的策略
? Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
? 从数据源中直接或者间接的获取数据，并维护这些数据库和数据系统
? Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
? 识别、分析和解析复杂数据集中的数据趋势和模式
? Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
? 对不同管道采集到的资料进行过滤和清洗处理，评估，保证数据输出报表时的精准度、有效性，并同时做好数据源的存档，以备需要时查询。
? Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
? 积极保持与各业务部门之间的合作，并按照业务需求提供数据报表
? Locate and define new process improvement opportunities寻找和定义新的方式和机会，对系统和数据报表进行更新、升级和改进。

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
? 数学、经济学、计算机科学、信息管理或统计学相关专业本科毕业。
? 2 years or above in data analyst or business data analyst role
? 2年及以上数据分析师或业务数据分析师的工作经验
? Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
? 具有在数据模型、数据库设计开发、数据挖掘和分割技术方面的专业知识和操作经验
? Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
? 对报告模块（业务部门等）、数据库（SQL等）、程序设计（XML、JavaScript或ETL框架）有很强的知识和经验。
? Knowledge of using SQL, Excel, QlikView and Tableau would be considered an asset
? 能够熟练使用SQL，Excel，QlikView和Tableau
? Experience in wholesales / retail industry is an advantage
? 有批发、零售行业相关工作经验者优先
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
? 有较强的数据分析能力，能够收集、组织、分析和传播大量信息，并且注重细节和准确性。
? Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
? 擅长资料调研、撰写报告，并提出专业的调查结果
