2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Taobao web shop management and maintenance, graphic design and typography, updates and customer relations
        淘宝企业店铺的日常维护，网页设计，平面设计和排版
? Weidian web shop management and maintenance, graphic design and typography, updates and customer relations.
        微店的日常维护管理，网页设计，平面设计和排版
? Responsible for taking photos and Photoshop of products
        负责对产品进行拍摄并对图片进行后期美化处理
? Update shop vision, create outstanding selling points and experience
        根据活动和季节定期更新店铺视觉，突出和强调产品卖点
? Handle pre-sales and after sales service, answer question and guide client purchase etc
        通过阿里旺旺等聊天工具，回答客户咨询，引导客户选购，处理订单息等
? Show impeccable attitude by answer questions and bring smooth problem-solving skills
        能以良好的心态及时处理客户提出的问题与要求，进行时效跟踪，提供售前和售后服务及解决一般投诉
? Work independently, be bro-active and positive
        能独立工作，积极
? Other work assigned by the Company
        积极完成公司分配的工作


3 QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate shall bring the following qualifications into the company:
Education
? University degree 大学以上学历
? English level: basic English 基础英文
Working Experience
? 1 years relative working experience, familiar with online shop operations
        一年以上相关经验，熟悉网店的操作流程
? Familiar with MS and design software
        熟练使用日常办公软件及设计软件，电脑操作熟练
? Good communication, patient, careful
        有较强的沟通能力及良好的职业道德，工作耐心，细致，认真
? Work time from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00
       工作时间：周一至周五早上9点至下午6点
