职位描述：
1.根据公司整体质量状况编制质量检测方案，熟悉检验技术、检验方法、检验仪器设备；
2.制定产品质量检验标准、产品信息反馈、质量改进意见；
3.确定控制程序和必要的工装，确保生产过程质量控制；
4.负责原材料的采购评估、来料检验、委外加工、出货评审工作；
5.负责各班组的质量检验工作、并做好质量记录，对违反质量的工序，及时给予指正；
6.及时总结产品质量问题，做有关质量问题的相关培训；
7.对供应商进行评估和有效管理，协助采购审查供应商的资质，建立长期、高效合作的供应商；
8.处理客户反馈和投诉，依据反馈改善质量控制，协调相关部门及时解决；
9.收集、整理并保管好有关质量的各种资料，及时存档；
10.完成上级委派的其他任务。

任职要求：
1．大专以上学历，机械制造相关专业优先考虑；
2．4年以上机械制造行业质量管理相关工作经验，熟悉机加工、钣金加工、焊接检验 ；
3．熟悉ISO9000，ISO14000质量管理体系；了解产品工艺流程；熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法，如6sigma等；
4．工作态度认真，具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；
5．熟练操作办公软件。
