Finance Manager, Bao’an

Position Summary
In this role, you will lead the team to manage all Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Monthly Closing, Statutory compliance, and manage auditing for our outsourced packaging supplier. For this role, you will work closely with all functional managers in Shenzhen plant and Hong Kong office, the Banks, local Tax agent, and US F&C team.
You will be based in the Sonco Plant located at 1 Sonco Rd Bogang Industrial ZonE Bogang Shajing Baoan Shenzhen reporting to the Finance Controller. This is an important role and will require a person with very strong leadership and analytical skills.
Accountabilities
? Lead the team to support all AP, AR and GL functions.
? Manage and ensure cash flow accuracy.
? Manage treasury function for Shenzhen plant and Hong Kong office.
? Manage outsource team to ensure all payments are on time.
? Ensure monthly closing meet target deadline.
? Manage accounting reporting of out sourced packaging supplier.
? Support US headquarter on quarterly forecast and annual budget.
? Compliance – Ensure Shenzhen plant to comply with all external (Statutory, law, fiscal, US GAAP, SOX) and internal (Corporate policies) requirements.
? Audit and Statutory Manage the Annual Audit process (Internal and External), and support of respective areas.
Required Skills and Experience
? Bachelor degree in finance or accounting.
? At least Eight (8) years of working experience in accounting & finance preferably in manufacturing operation. Out of which, 3 years are in managerial position.
? Good command in English (CET 06 minimum) and Mandarin.
? Analytical and meticulous individual, strong communication and collaborative personality.
