职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.负责转接公司外线电话，收发及传递公司信件和快递，接待访客；
2.处理相关部门文件资料的的打印、复印，并妥善保管原文件；
3.确保打印机、传真机、复印机等办公器材正常运行；
4.领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.大专或以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
2.形象好，气质佳，性格开朗，待人热诚，熟悉并掌握接待礼仪；
3.文字表达能力强，熟练使用办公软件及办公自动化设备；
4.思路清晰，反应灵活，做事细致认真有条理，沟通协调能力强；
5.工作热情积极，良好的服务意识，高度的责任感，具有团队精神。
