-Internal trainer - train people at all level for LEAN production methods.
内部培训师 - 负责给各层次的员工进行生产系统精益生产方法的培训；
-Internal consultant - coordinate lean production projects and activities.
内部顾问 - 协调精益生产项目和活动；
 -Lead and participate continuous improvement activities to support company objective of SQDC.
领导及参与持续改善活动，支持公司实现安全、质量、成本，出货等方面 的目标；
 -Support shop floor in the implementation of improvement efforts during and after kaizen events.
在改善活动中及之后，支持生产线的持续改善；
 -Lead cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and track waste and cost reduction opportunities.
领导跨部门小组去发现、实施及跟踪减少浪费和降低成本的机会；
-Continuously improve LEAN audit score every year.
持续改善每年的精益审核成绩；
 -Other tasks assigned by superior.
主管要求的其它任务。

职位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 本科或者以上学历，工业工程或者机械工程专业；
- Minimum 3~5 years related working experience in lean production.
- 至少3~5年精益生产相关工作经验；
-Strong understanding of Lean principles and how to apply them in a production environment.
-对精益生产有极强的理解力及应用能力；
-Ability to teach lean principles, concepts and methods.
有能力对团队其他成员就精益生产原则、概念及其方法进行培训；
- Good written and spoken English.

- 良好的中英文书写口头表达能力；
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
- 熟练操作MS Word, Excel和PowerPoint等软件。
