Job Description：
1. Develop the incoming inspection document according to PPAP and training the IQA to follow it with the record.
2. Handle the incoming daily issue & ensure incoming part to meet specifications & PPAP requirements.
3. Raise QCCAR and handle the production line issue caused by raw material to avoid line down.
4. Raise QCCAR and handle the customer return which caused by raw material to match the CQE (customer) requirements.
5. Handle the cost recovery for the line down, sorting, scrap, cost charge from customer which caused by supplier issue.
6. Handle the annual audit and issue audit/visit to the critical supplier to confirm their stable quality production as PPAP status.
7. Handle the annual re-validation for the critical components to double qualify the quality is same as PPAP sample.
8. Handle the CS1/2 and SOIP for the critical supplier to develop supplier to match ZF TRW requirements.
9. Control the SC/CC and CTP in supplier side to match ZF TRW and final OEM requirements.
10. Safe lunch production quality management.
11. Change management control for raw material.
12. Join the new component PPAP process, such as technical review and design review & RR audit with advanced team.
13. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and managers.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with mechanical/Micro/sensor process, it is best to know the wafer process and detail issue.
2. Familiar with TS16949 and VDA6.3, APQP/PPAP/8D etc.
3. Good and logical thinking, good communication and team worker, good skills for problem solving.
4. Ability to work under the pressure and high availability for the ramp-up.
5. Good at spoken and writing English, Bachelor degree in electrical etc.
6. At least 5 years practical experiences in supplier quality management, preferably in foreign company for automotive.
