职位描述：
主要职责：
1.协助部门负责人完成空运海外业务计划，完成公司经营目标
2.开发及维护现有的公司海外代理出口及进口货量
3.负责海外代理的询价报价及后续的操作跟踪反馈事宜
4.协助进口部操作空运EXW/FOB的询价并跟踪反馈海外段操作事宜
5.协助出口部操作空运DDU/DDP的询价并跟踪反馈海外段操作事宜
6.协助海外财务对账工作
7.完成领导布置的其他工作

职位要求：
1.大专以上学历,英语水平四级以上,听说读写良好
2.具有1－2年一级货运代理行业相关岗位工作经验
3.熟悉各种形式的海运出口操作流程，包括指定货/自揽货能及时迅速的处理突发事件
4.有相关海外沟通经验优先考虑
5.工作态度积极，品行端正，细心认真，条理清楚，责任心强，有一定抗压能力及较强的沟通协调能力
6.具有有良好的客户维护意识，工作稳定性高，善于学习新的事物，愿与公司共同发展

Overseas customer service
1.Assist the department head to complete the overseas business plan and accomplish the business target
2. Develop and maintain overseas export and import volume of existing companies
3. Be responsible for overseas agent inquiry, quotation and follow-up operation feedback
4. Assist the import department to operate air freight EXW/FOB inquiry and follow up the overseas operation
5. Assist export department to operate air freight DDU/DDP inquiry and follow up overseas operation
6. Assist overseas financial reconciliation work
7. Complete the other work assigned by the leader

Requirements：
1.Colleges’ degree or above；CET-4；Good communication and English skill；
2.With 1-2 years of a freight forwarding industry related work experience
3.Responsible for overseas agent inquiry, quotation and follow-up operation feedback matters
4.Overseas communication experience is preferred
5.Positive working attitude,good character, careful, clear, strong sense of responsibility, have the ability to resist pressure and strong communication and coordination ability
6.With a good sense of customer maintenance, high stability, good at learning new things, willing to work with the company to develop together
