职位描述：
Objectives and Responsibilities：
职位目标及主要职责 :

1. Strategy
1.1 Regular communication with HQ for product technology,pricing and project tracking.
1.2 Launch of new products, including technical information and market promotion activities.
2 Bidding
2.1 Guide support activities for technical clarification in bidding process.
2.2 Being responsible for product pricing and follow-up intercompany transfer price setting. In case of incompetitive intercompany price, propose ideas to the management.
2.3 Visit key customers to support sales for technical clarification during bidding and consulting customers for suitable solutions.
3 Customer
3.1 Technical support directly for the customer on request of customer.
4 After Sales
4.1 Being responsible for after sales technical support, solving problems of software, collecting hardware defect products and send back to HQ for repair and quality issues tracking.
4.2 Implementation and training on site for engineers and do FAT with customer.
4.3 In special projects lead installation and implementation on site.
5 All other works assigned by management.

Experience, Competencies & Qualifications
相关经验、技能及资历
1. 5 to 10 years experience in the relative field;
5～10年的相关项目、产品管理经验；
2. Experienced in team leading on site, decision maker;
有带领团队经验，见解成熟、抉择果断；
3. Bachelor or above in the relative displine;
相关专业本科或以上学历；
4. Working experience in foreign companies ,fluent in both oral and written English, able to communicate independently with foreign customers or HQ;
有外企工作经验，流利英语，能够独立与国外客户或总部沟通；
5. CET 6 is an added advantage;
英语6级优先；
6. Good knowledge in SAP （material management）or other ERP systems;
熟悉SAP或类似ERP系统的管理和维护；
7. Good knowledge in quality management system and explosion proof certificate;
熟悉质量管理体系，有基础防爆知识和对防爆许可证有一定了解；
