职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Provide first level computer support to all CIM systems on the production floor to include:
a) Installing and maintaining infrastructure cabling and equipment to CAT6 Standard.
b) Installing and maintaining computer equipment.
c) Installing and maintaining barcode scanning systems and printers.
d) User network administration.
e) Implementation and maintenance of Trace System.
? Provide communication and technical support to manufacturing personnel and leadership on the status of non-functional systems.
? Develop and implement applications relating to the mistake proofing and functionality of production work cell controllers.
? Develop custom reporting tools as needed.
? Support new product launch.
? Administrate shift CIM technicians.
? Perform assignments involving the planning and execution of a project of limited scope or a portion of larger, more diverse projects relating to MIS needs.
? Assist in maintaining the Lean Manufacturing 5S principles for CIM systems.
? Supervise and lead a team of CIM technicians of electronic workshop.
? Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

KEY COMPETENCIES
? Bilingual in English and Chinese.
? Experienced programming & database development skills – VB, C, C++, C#, JAVA, JSCRIPT, SQL, Oracle.
? Able to support emergency case in night shift.
? Knowledge of electronics manufacturing is desired.
? Use of network and cable troubleshooting equipment is desired.
? Ability to multi-task projects that require immediate response is desired.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? Educational: BA degree or above, major in computer science.
? Experience:
1) More than 6 years related work experience.
2) Minimum of 2 years applicable experience.
3) Minimum of two year’s experience in an automated manufacturing environment.
4) Experience in VB or C# or similar language.
5) Database experience with MS Access, SQL 2000 and Oracle.
6) Experience with the following O/Ss: MS Windows, Netware, Linux.
7) Experience with installing Ethernet Network Topologies - routers, switches, cable installation, etc.
8) Experience maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, barcode printers, and barcode scanners.
9) Prior user network administration experience.
10) Experience interfacing with automation systems running PLC, Digital IO, Serial Communications is desired.
11) Experience developing label printing apps is desired.
