职位描述：
范陈商务咨询（上海）有限公司是香港范陈会计师行的子公司。 范陈会计师行成立40年，是尼克夏国际（全球排名前十位的审计财务咨询机构）的成员所。

主要职责：
1. 协助采购各类办公用品；
2. 负责接待来访客户，接听及转接电话；
3. 协助办公室经理处理其它行政类事物，包括员工考勤，签收快递，与各供应商之间的联系等；
4. 协助组织团队聚餐及其它类似活动。

要求：
1. 可以用英语进行沟通，会德语更佳。
2. 擅长沟通，工作态度认真积极。
