Easy Imex (easyimex.com) is a privately owned Trading Company established in 2005. We source and supply products that are sold on e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and eBay.

With a turnover of USD and growing, we currently have an opening for the role of Operations Manager. As our Operations manager you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the current procedures in place for exports, quality control and factory audits. It is expected that you be able to achieve the an aforementioned goal through understanding and implementation of best practice

Responsibilities include:
? Organisation and overview of current Quality Control contractors
? Overview of current shipping department practices
? Improvement of current organisational systems
? Ongoing review of costs and profitability in regard to organisational practice
? Internal compliance audits
? Training of new hires in company processes and procedures
职责要求：

The right candidate should have the following skills & experience: -
1) Prior experience as an Operations Manager
2) Have a minimum 10 years’ experience working in a trading company, with an emphasis on exporting.
3) In depth understanding of current shipping practices
4) Strong experience with Quality Management
5) Basic financial knowledge including knowledge of budgets, forecasting and KPI’s
6) Ability to work in a team
需具备的技术及经验：

3) 具有丰富的产品质量监管的经验

In addition, intermediate to advanced IT skills such as databases, Microsoft Excel and prior experience in working with open source ERP systems will be looked upon favorably.
