Responsibilities:
? Act as a business partner for the assigned Business Unit n and as an effective communicator between Business Unit and Group HR to provide professional advice in all aspects of HR functions.
? Implement human capital best practices, HR related policies, practices, and procedures for assigned Business Unit accordingly to Group HR policies and standards.
? Be the primary point of contact of HR issues for the assigned Business Unit, provide HR support and quality communications and interactions with all management and employees.
? .
? Recruit the right talent for the Business Unit in a timely and effective manner by conducting interview and other necessary assessments as well as providing recommendations; collaborate proactively with GHR recruitment team if needed.
? Support in employee relations and people management to all regions and managers of Business Unit on HR areas.
? Support and implement employee engagement activities organised by the Group and the assigned Business Unit to create a great workplace for employees.
? Routinely handle questions/situations and maintain necessary documentation concerning employee benefits, leave programs, salary/wages, payroll, company and HR policies, recognition; recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, corrective and discipline actions.
? Compile regular and ad-hoc HR-related statistics and reports for management review.
? Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or manage special projects, as required.
Requirements:
? University graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
? 7-9 years’ account servicing or generalist human resources experience, preferably gained in sizable organizations.
? Hands-on experience in recruitment and handling employee relations issues; Knowledge of compensation and benefits practice is an advantage.
? Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to multi-task and facilitate resolution of sensitive and/or difficult employee-related issues.
? Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and creative. Integrity and “can-do” attitude is also essential.
? Effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of people at all levels.
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
? Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
? Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
