Job description / Mission
This role is based in China Shared Service HR organization, will be responsible for Staffing and Training operations. Detailed job responsibility is as below:
Staffing Operation:
1.Provide the hire to retire administration services for internal Atlas Copco Companies to ensure process alignment and legal compliance.
2.Act as the key contact to conduct effective communication on inquiries and solve problems from BA HR and employees.
3.Be responsible for master data maintenance, be responsible for global and local standard HR reporting.
Training Administration:
1.Active role in supporting China Academy programs administration delivery.
2.Implement the course communication including training brochure design & printing, course publish in database.
3.Be responsible for course logistic arrangement, and conduct on-site monitor to ensure the quality of training vendors and overall training arrangement.
4.Maintain and analyze the training evaluation records to make regular reports and give advises on vendor evaluation.
5.Maintain and update training course related materials and data in training system.
6.Escalation the complicated training to China Academy steering committee.
7.Handle training related standard reporting and payment.
SH Residence Permit
1.Close work with vendor on employee’s SH Residence Permit application as well as Shanghai Hukou application, Residence Credits application process to ensure employee's satisfaction.
2.Handle the payment for vendor.

At least 2-3 year HR administration experiences, share service background in multinational company will be a plus.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
Be familiar with Chinese Labor Law
Be familiar with successfactor system will be a plus
Good English skill
Good PC knowledge and MS Office skills
University graduated
Personality requirements
An active communicator
Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude
Willing to take responsibility, team work spirit
