职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise Company’s Logistics operations in China, develop and implement logistics concepts and strategies to support business growth.
2. Select, evaluate and manage external logistics service providers to achieve reliable services at a reasonable cost.
3. Plan, review, analyze & negotiate vendor/supplier contracts & costing
4. Work with HQ to continuously improve and stabilize the China Logistics process, identify the most effective and efficient Logistics solutions by road, rail, Air, barge and ship, pro-actively mitigate risks for resilient process.
5. Analyze the financial impact in comparing options to offer logistics solutions, in supporting key company initiatives
6. Maintain expertise on logistics regulations closely follow up the regulation changes, and keep the intelligence updated to both local and HQ logistics teams.
7. Monitor and improve the import/Export and delivery processes and vendors’ performance to ensure the smooth logistics to support the business growth needs.
8. Set up a Logistic team and enrich them with knowledge and experience in dealing with daily logistics business.
9. To plan, direct & control all aspects of logistics operations within responsible area base

Qualifications / Requirements:
1. Minimum 8 years work experience in Logistic field, preferably with experience in multinational companies. Inclusive least 3 years relevant management/supervisory experience
2. Strong commercial awareness, proved leadership, change management and interpersonal skills.
3. Familiar with China customs and Export control procedures and regulations.
4. Good Knowledge of air/Ocean import/export operations and 3PL W/H logistics operation
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, good English reading and writing skills
6. Self-motivated, result oriented and teamwork spirited
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
