职位描述：
Location: Bunzl Shanghai
Directly Reports to: Senior Operations Supervisor
Support and Guidance from Bunzl Australia Office

Main Functions:
Updating warehouse shipment reports by adding or removing new orders or shipped orders.
及时在报表中更新新订单和已出运订单的起运港出货时间和目的港到货时间及相关船务信息.
Follow up on supplier deliveries, keep tracking order status till it fully arrived whs.
每日与供应商就新订单保持紧密联系, 及时获取确认的交货期或船期.
Updating of PO due dates (vendor promised delivery date) in our ERP system
与供应商核对所有未出运订单的生产安排及交货情况, 确保所有订单都能按计划出运, 并更新系统.
Receipting of stock into our China ERP system
盘点库存并维护系统数据.
Keep branch informed of any serious delay shpt.
如有任何提前或延迟出运的订单,及时与相关方沟通.
SHA-BLP, send booking to NVOs and coordinate with them to ensure a smooth origin operation to catch the sailing
准确无误发送订舱信息给订舱代理并监督所有的物流操作从而确保集装箱准时出运.
Any other tasks that branch require

Personal characteristics:
College degree desired. Major courses in Logistics, international trading or business related fields is preferred
大专以上学历，相关专业毕业（物流，国际贸易优先）

Possess well developed communication skills, as there is a requirement to communicate at multiple levels both internally and externally, exercising influence to gain support and assistance.

Ability to function at all times, even when under pressure, whilst at the same time ensuring that objectives are met.
