职位描述：
Summary:
Perform quality planning (APQP) for new programs
Communicate with internal and external customer of requirement of new programs

Responsibilities:
Perform quality planning for new programs.
Ensure customer special requirement be met in all phases of APQP.
Develop FMEA and control plan, visual inspection criteria, DV/PV plan etc…with team.
        Coordinate the PPAP process (including developing, reviewing and approving FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, etc… as appropriate) working with all parties involved (e.g., engineering, suppliers/manufacturing partners, operations…) to ensure customer and LT.
Be responsible for first article inspection result and drive improvement according to customer’s requirement.
Submit PPAP to customer on schedule and get PSW from customer.
Actively lead terms, which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence.

Requirement
5 years + work experience as quality roles in manufacturing company, automotive industrial should be preferred.
        Excellent communication skills.
        Ability to work well in a Team environment.
Excellent written and oral English.
Bachelor degree or above.
