职位描述：
Responsibilities

Assist Design Director as a coordinator in design department. Support Design Director of project management such as project plan, timeline, scope statement, status reports, communication plan, human resource plan, presentations to clients, and other documents that maybe required during the project phases.
Support design director in organizing and facilitating meetings for requirement gathering, assisting with monitoring designers’ deliverables, processing and managing other project related requests by the design director.
Support to execute initiatives and changes of projects from planning to implementation.
Coordinate and liaison with other departments to ensure initiatives and changes related activities are executed and completed within the scheduled time frame, this includes external suppliers.
Assist in all aspect of design team related administration and initiatives/changes undertaken by design department.

Requirements

Bachelor degree above, coordinator or executive assistant experience in automotive area is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills bilingually in Mandarin and English
Good understanding of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT
Ability to work in a fast passed, quick changing environment
Analytical thinking with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and a good team player
Felicity in handling urgent requests
Excellent negotiation skills
Able to communicate internally & externally with all level of people
High degree of personal and professional integrity, responsibility and credibility
Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
Self-motivated, result driven, excellent communication skills, open minded and be good at collaboration will be considered as competent requirement
