Providing administrative support to management as Office Admin Officer

1. Support to manage the office amenities and facility related services includes:
- Procure office supplies, utilities, stationery, name cards, courier and postage etc.

2. Assist Manager and Other Site offices for purchases of office supplies and administrational services including:
-Planning and coordinating meetings
- Visa & travel arrangements, booking flight and train tickets, hotel booking
- Company car coordination

3. Office Expense management
-In charge of cash box and preparing monthly expense report

5. Assist in other supporting work when assigned

Education and Qualifications:
- Passion and devotion to the work
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years experience in international companies
- Good at spoken & written English
- Good communications kill
- Good command of MS Office
