Its fully owned Purchasing Office in Shanghai has been established for 10 years and covers the Asia-Pacific supplier market for purchasing of a broad range of products, destined to our sites all over the world.

Our Logistics Department is seeking a Logistician.

MISSION:

Organize and coordinate the international logistics operations to secure the project, optimize the cost and ensure the internal client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities are:

1. Participate in the further development of our Logistics Activity

2. Work in collaboration with the Purchasing Team, Internal client(Our construction project all over the world), Supplier and the Freight Forwarder

3. Handling the RFQ’s: analyzing the need of the internal client, dispatching the RFQ, analyzing the offers, negotiation with the Freight Forwarder

4. Manage a Freight Forwarder panel and Logistics Contract

5. Follow-up of the delivery and prepare the shipping documents for customs clearance

6. Complete and Follow the Logistics Reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

1. University degree (or equivalent) with ideally a major in Logistics

2. Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking in Mandarin and English is a must

3. Knowledge of French is a plus

4. Good computer skills in MS Office

5. At least 3 years working experience in logistics in International environment
