职位描述：

Position Profile: The position is required to meet the service demands of our growing number of customers and installed HSC and EDM machines in South Chinese market.
Responsibilities:
1. Execution and documentation of all service jobs for our HSC and EDM machines at customers' site: installation, commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair as well as customer on-site standard operation training;
2.Coordination with the Chinese headquarters for the delivery of the needed spare parts and equipment;
3.Organisation of all needed measures to reduce the machine break-down time to a minimum with resonable costs;
4.Exchange of defect mechanical and eletronic components;
5.Hotline support to our customers;
6.Report to the South China Service Manager.
Requirements:
1.College degree or above in electric, electrical machinery, mechanism or other relevant profession;
2.At least 2 years similar working experience on machine installations and repairs, experience with HSC and EDM machines is preferred;
3.Ability to work well independent and under pressure;
4.Willingness to travel frequently;
5.Good cross culture awareness;
6.Strong organising, planning & analysis skills;
7.Good at time management and task-priorities;
8.To be fluent in Mandarin( in writing and oral );
9.Must be a team player, quick leaner with strong sense of responsibility;
10.Familiar with the MS Office software( Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.);
11.A well knowledge about PLC is nice to have
12.English language skills are nice to have.
