Position Overview
The position is responsible for 1) Executing violation tracking, reporting and analyzing on DME and part of Opex expenditures throughout the entire P2P
Procedures; 2) Performing financial closing and reporting of imported finished goods 3) Vendor Master File request for China employee, Taiwan vendor and employee
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
? Responsibility 1: Compliance Tracking and Reporting
Put together, customize and analyze the incompliances tracking report, communicate with individual users or respective finance to collect the reasons and work out improvement plan, consolidate and report out to senior management, as well as to collaborate with BU finance stakeholders on violation judgement standards and provide training to users.
? Responsibility 2: Importation Financial Closing
Liaison with business department to collect financial information on imported goods purchasing and sales, perform sales/AR calculation, COGS allocation, volume reporting, inventory book keeping/physical count, as well as to help streamline the financial process, compliance check and involved in new system design, testing and implementation.
? Responsibility 3: TW Vendor Master File/Employee Master File
Verify supporting legal/entity documents upon receipt of each New or changed Supplier Request and bank information, raise request to Manila Master Date custodian for maintenance and verify all inputs for accuracy.
? Responsibility 4: Backup role for China MDM, MEC system administrator and Treasury Accountant.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree of finance or economics.
Related Work Experience:
? 3 to 5 of years of work experiences in Finance department of multi-national company.
? Preferably with DME related experience or SAP system experiences
Functional Skills (to be used to assess candidates during the interview)
? Functional skill 1: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP, China Local GAAP and China Tax Regulations), Accounting Knowledge, Basic Financial Analysis and reconciliation, Financial Systems and Process, Control Environment (SOX)
? Functional skill 2: Fluency in English (written and oral) essential
? Functional skill 3: Proficiency in Excel, word and PPT skills
