职位描述：
Your duties
1. Analysis of complex problems and development of appropriate solutions for implementation in TecAlliance Solutions ;
2. Preparation of functional specifications and drawing up change requests;
3. Evaluation of change request and supervision of their implementation including drafting of relevant documentation;
4. Close working relationships with internal interfaces, especially Software Development, Quality Assurance and Sales, along with external partners and customers;
5. Release planning including content, costs and management of implementation;
6. Assistance in a cross-functional team and management of solution-specific projects and ensuring that quality standards are met;
7. Conducting customer workshops, provision of information material and support for marketing and communication activities.

1. Bachelor degree in information technology or computer science or equivalent;
2. Professional experience in product management is a plus;
3. Commercial awareness and a high degree of individual initiative
4. Can work under pressure
5. Good at muti-tasking
5. Oversea study or work experiences is a plus.
6. Excellent English language skills, with other foreign language skills also welcome
7. Experience in communication at different hierarchical levels, plus facilitation and presentation experience
8. Can provide a solution independently
